End of Summer styled wedding at Mint Room Studios in Toronto
Here it is – 2 months of blood, sweat & tears (believe me)! So much love and energy went into this amazing creative collaboration with many local and Ontario based artists. I am beyond excited to share my first ever planned styled shoot!
The idea of this shoot stemmed from my love of colour. I chose a wild colour, burnt orange, as both a challenge and a creative avenue. Along the way of the model search, this couple owned a navy suit. I thought about how these two colours marry each other on the colour wheel and ran with it! As I was planning to shoot this near the end of summer, the theme quickly turned into the idea of summer ending with the burnt orange fading into navy – similar to a sunset. The shoot was very different from the beginning to end with location and model changes, but it all came together in a way I couldn’t have imagined.
