Nicola & Robert’s intimate civil ceremony at Toronto’s Old City Hall.

With the re-opening of Toronto’s Old City Hall, civil ceremonies and elopements are on the rise. Let me tell you, I am here for it! Nicola and I went to the same high school so when she reached out inquiring about her’s and Robert’s day, I was so excited! We re-connected and went over their vision for the ceremony.

We spent two hours taking fun, intimate portraits around the building. The ceremony was quick, being 15 minutes where Robert’s dad and sister witnessed everything. I’m so incredibly honoured to have been one of their witnesses! It was so nice to slow down and create meaningful portraits that felt so true to them and my workflow.
