Nicola & Robert’s intimate civil ceremony at Toronto’s Old City Hall.

With the re-opening of Toronto’s Old City Hall, civil ceremonies and elopements are on the rise and, honestly, I’m here for it! Nicola and I went to the same high school ages ago so when she reached out inquiring about her’s and Robert’s day, I was so excited to re-connnect while understanding what they were looking.

We spent 2 hours taking fun and intimate portraits around the building with a quick 15 minute ceremony witnessed by Robert’s dad & sister, and I was so incredibly honoured to have been one of their signed witnesses! It was so nice to slow down and create meaningful portraits that felt so true to them and my workflow.
